Jens Herzig has over 25 years of experience in building and managing sales organizations, primarily in the fashion industry, but also across multiple industries. His career is characterized by sound strategic thinking and the practical implementation of complex projects. With a clear focus on efficiency and results, he has helped numerous companies optimize their sales structures and enter new markets.
In his position as Managing Director Sales at well-known companies such as Gerry Weber, comma and Brax, Jens was responsible for the worldwide expansion of sales territories, sales and earnings development, and the internationalization of brands. With experience managing teams of over 200 employees and responsibility for sales in the three-digit million range, he is familiar with the challenges of the industry first hand. He has particular expertise in the verticalization of sales structures and the digitalization of showrooms.
A defining moment in his career was the founding and development of the lovely sisters brand, which he accompanied from concept development to its successful sale to an investor. The winding up of the legal entity HABitu GmbH & Co. KG as part of a transferring insolvency is another experience that gave Jens a deep insight into the challenges of corporate crises. This phase taught him the importance of pragmatic and solution-oriented approaches in difficult situations.
Whether it's about investor search, insolvency consulting or in his role as interim manager to build a new brand, the further development of something existing, the implementation of processes, restructuring, internationalization, customer acquisition, space management or digitization – all consulting services are based on his many years of practical experience.
